POWERFUL AND EFFECTIVE
Two manufacturing methods are currently available for hollow figures for artisanal manufacturers and laboratories.
On one hand, there are moulds with open bottoms that require completely manual processing. While this method requires the lowest investment, it is very time-consuming.
On the other hand, there are spinning machines that work with self-supporting moulds ("SE moulds"). This working method involves less manual labour but requires investments of approximately £8,000 - £10,000.
With our new "Mini Spin" table spinning machine, the investment threshold is significantly lowered whilst simultaneously reducing manual effort.
This gives the confectioner more time for their actual work with chocolate, filling and design.
The costs for this table spinner amount to about one-third of the costs of a conventional spinner. The required moulds are typically single cavities that are filled manually and closed with clamps. They are then attached to the spinner and automatically spun. This eliminates the time-consuming bottom production process.
The table spinner allows the attachment of up to 12 moulds simultaneously. The maximum size of chocolate articles produced with this table spinner is 164x100mm.
