Praline courses and more with Dr. Wiebalck-Zahn
We had the special opportunity to speak with Dr. Wiebalck-Zahn, who as a chocolate artist and enjoyment coach offers praline courses worldwide – including at the dreamlike Villa Chocolat in Bali. "For me, there is so much creativity and craftsmanship and also culinary art in the praline [...]", says Dr. Wiebalck-Zahn in the interview. In addition to her international courses, she publishes her own praline magazine "Pralinenhobby" four times a year, which is available in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. In collaboration with Dr. Wiebalck-Zahn, we have developed an exclusive frame mould with which cocoa fruit pralines can be produced that are visually indistinguishable from real cocoa fruits. This special mould (HB-9221-PC Praline "Cocoa Fruit") is now available in our online shop.
