TECHNOLOGY / EASYCUPS

Rising prices for semi-finished chocolate products? EASYCUPS is the solution!

With our new frame system for chocolate shells, you can produce your own semi-finished products – flexible, cost-efficient, and using your own chocolate.
Whether round pralines, rectangular pralines, or carrés: with EASYCUPS, you have full control over quality and design.

How does the EASYCUPS system work?

With the EASYCUPS system and a hollow figure spinning machine, you can produce your own chocolate shells – perfect for pralines, carrés, or other creations. The system combines the advantages of a durable spinning mould with standard single-use blisters and a divider sheet. This creates precise chocolate halves that you can easily remove after spinning and continue processing.

Your benefits at a glance:
✔ Use your own chocolate – produce with your own chocolate, whether organic, Fair Trade, or bean-to-bar.
✔ Flexibility in chocolate selection – no dependency on specific semi-finished products or chocolate types.
✔ Production on demand – make chocolate shells exactly when you need them.
✔ Easy integration – fits seamlessly into your existing processes; only a conventional hollow figure spinning machine is required.
✔ Low investment, quick payback – costs for the moulds pay off after just a few batches.
✔ Less waste – you control the quality of your semi-finished products yourself.

It’s that simple:

  1. Fill one half of the spinning mould with chocolate, insert the divider sheet, and close the mould halves.
  2. Spin, cool, remove finished or semi-finished products or store them in the blister.
