Brunner moulds are made of food-safe and high-performance plastic materials and are completely designed, developed, constructed and manufactured at one location. From the time of the initial idea to the finished mould - the chocolate moulds are produced by injection moulding or thermoforming, depending on the specific requirements.
Both production methods have their advantages in different areas and can sometimes be used in combination. This allows us to offer an extensive variety of chocolate moulds, not only in our main business field (the individual mould production for the chocolate industry), but also for the confectionery sector.
