BRUNNER Artisan to exhibit at the ISM trade fair for the first time

BRUNNER Chocolate Moulds has never had an issue combining industrial manufacturing with hand-crafted confectionery.

At the International Sweets and Biscuits Fair (ISM) and ProSweets, which are being held at the same time in Cologne in 2025, this traditional company will be showing visitors how the current demand for handmade products can be met while still maintaining a competitive edge.

The recent hype surrounding Dubai chocolate shows the extent to which consumers are attracted to sweet creations with a surprise effect. Brunner Chocolate Moulds, based in Glonn (Germany), has always been the right partner for such surprises. These experts in the creation of high-quality mould solutions can meet the demands of industry just as well as the requirements of small and medium-sized confectioners.

Brunner artisan will be making its debut at ISM 2025. Chocolatier Ms Kania will be showing visitors what the concept looks like in practice at ISM, in parallel to ProSweets. From her chocolate workshop  in Bernau am Chiemsee, she has been working with Brunner for quite some time now, advising the mould manufacturer on new products and developments. At the trade fair, Ms Kania will be showing her individual filled chocolates, chocolate bars and hollow figurines, giving an insight into the production process with Brunner moulds.

The best thing for you is that, at this year’s show, you’ll have the opportunity to purchase a number of our new chocolate moulds at special prices, direct from us on our ISM stand .

If you need any free admission codes for ProSweets, please don’t hesitate to contact us at sales@hansbrunner.de.

We look forward to welcoming you in person at ProSweets (Hall 10, stand C030) and at ISM (stand K031), which are being held at the same time in Cologne!
